!!!My Surgery was October 4th 7:30am!!! Got my mouth wired shut!

How'd it happen you say? well, I was eating ..... (a sandwich,at home) and my right jaw "crunched" really loud, it felt like I had broke a tooth, but at the same time it felt like my eye ball was going to pop out!I went to my awesome dentist,he did an x-ray, told me he was sorry and couldn't help me, and sent me to the surgeon, he did an Arthrocentesis,it didn't work as planned, I proceeded to get an MRI and it showed the dislocated disc on the right side, with having the dislocated disc, it locked up my jaw and pulled the bones out of joint, I'm in a good amount of pain everyday and night from it, I can hardly eat and they've had me on a "soft food", "no chew", and liquid diet since the Arthrocentesis in April! I've already lost about 17lbs and they're expecting me to lose more!So, October 4th, 2011, I had a major open joint jaw surgery, (they cut the bone and muscle) Read More HereAfter the surgery they wire it shut for 6 weeks,following that will be a lot of physical therapy, I'll be on a no chew,no bite food diet, which means more liquids and soft food...
